The Inside Sales Executive will work within the Business Development and Marketing team to liaise with potential and existing customers through email, website and telephone enquiries. They would be involved in maintaining a customer database and working with different departments to align processes between them and the Business Development and Marketing Team. Work would initially be focussed on using a powerful software solution to monitor pharma company activities and acting on new business opportunities as they arise. In addition, they would follow up on all in-bound leads through the company’s website etc. and maintain customer relationships.
This role requires an experienced and enthusiastic individual to support the Group commercialisation program by working within the Business Development and Marketing team to facilitate the successful selling of the Company’s services.
A key success factor for this position is the ability to work across different departments within the company, to identify opportunities with external partners and bringing together project groups. A capacity and desire for taking on new responsibilities and challenges is essential as the company grows and projects expand.
